# Hvordan registrere lunsj

## Lær hvordan du aktiverer lunsjregistrering, og hvordan du registrerer lunsj.

Du kan enkelt tilpasse Svenn til å kunne registrere lunsj i timeregistreringen.

For å aktivere lunsj trykker du på **innstillinger**, deretter **timer** og huker av der det står **slå på lunsjregistrering.** Du har nå aktivert lunsjregistrering for alle ansatte både på web og mobil.

Det er nå mulig å registrere lunsjtid i minutter når man fører timer.

> NB! Husk at lunsj blir  **trukket fra totalen i timelistene.**
> 
> For eksempel:   
> **Fra og til:** 08:00 - 16:00
> 
> **Lunsj:** 30 min
> 
> **Total:** 07:30

### Legg til lunsj i rapporter

For å legge til lunsj i timeoversikten og i rapportene må **lunsj** hukes av under **kolonner**.

Lunsj blir dermed summert i rapporter så lenge lunsj-kolonnen er slått på.
